Default What size nuts are these?

So I am about to put in a strut bar and I'm preppin it, and these nuts are hella rusted so I figured I'd get some new ones, I think they're 9/16ths...that sound right?

And also I was attempting to loosen one up to just drive over to the hardware store and get some more but I couldnt even get it off, I read on another forum sometimes you have to jack the front end up to reduce the stress on it or something?

And another issue is one of the nuts is stripped or something, it is loose. Like it doesnt tighten nor does it come off, just spins which ever way you twist it. Any idea how to remove that one??

Thanks

it just spins? thats really weird. Hopefully its just the nut, otherwise you might have to go to the junk yard and snag the upper mount off one of the stock suspensions. And those nuts are 14mm. You might need the piece with the arrow pointing it towards the top of the pic.

9/16th is slightly larger than 14 mm just enough to possibly strip the nut if there is rust.

I don't think there are ANY standard size bolts on a civic.
