What springs should I get?

I am looking to lower my car 2000 civic. What springs and how low should I lower it?

I bought Eibach (Pro-kit) springs and shocks at the same time and had an alignment shop do the work. I think the labor was about $350, including the 4-wheel alignment and camber kit installation.
