Default What you think about these wheels/tires?

I've been looking to upgrade my wheels from the ol' hubcaps. This lady near me had these for sale. She was asking $400 for the wheels and tires. The tires had excellent tread and I didnt see hardly a scratch anywhere on the wheels. The tires are SONAR Ultra Sport NS II 215/35R18 and the Wheels are 18" Excel Wheels. Do you think these would look good on my car? Any advice or suggestions on them? Too big ect? Thanks guys, just thought this sounded like a good deal. Heres a pic of the wheels and my car. NOTE: My windows have been tinted since the picture.

I recommend that you post this in the chopshop section and see if the chop gurus can show you what it looks like on the car.

they look good propped up next to you.

Let's see here, 1st off great looking rims for that ride...
Now for any problems ariseing from the size...according to my calculations the front fenders will have to be rolled and modified and so will the rear fenders.

Camber kits must be installed and you really should get your self new coil springs if yours are soft and bouncy...other than all those problems and the idea that your tires will wear out fairly quick...your price to buy them is very good...

Best sugestion is to try and get the same type of deal on a set of 17", still need to camber kit it and tire size of 205/40/17's should be alright ...

By the way, thats not me! Being a guy, I dont wear fingernail polish! Thats the lady holding them while I took a picture with my cell phone. So yeah I think they are too big, so Im gonna pass. So whats this camber kit you speak of. Sorry, but Im sorta new to this stuff and dont know to much yet. How much do they run and how is the installation? Another question, whats the biggest size wheel I could use without having to get into all this modifying to get it to work? Thanks for your help!

i think they look pretty good, you just need to get some springs after you put the rims on, cuz they are deff gunna raise it up

Those are probably going to make for a pretty rough ride. But, if you like them, rock 'em
