Default Wheel bearing... which ones?

Took the hubs off my Civic to put extended wheel studs in and I have to replace my wheel bearings now since I took them apart. I am looking online and I see a wide range of price for wheel bearings.

They are as cheap as $23:

$40ish range

Called Napa today and they said $49 for their economy bearings...

And upward from there, oem is like $80 if I recall, I get a discount on wheel bearings since I work for Acura.

So would there be much problem running the $22 wheel bearings? They must be built to some specifications and hold up for them to be sold... and I think I am going to sell my car this year so I don't really want to spend a ton on bearings.

So basicaly anyone forsee immediate problems with the $22 bearings? I'll have to do both so for that price it is very appealing.
