I hear a constant grinding noise in the back so im assuming I need rear bearings.
All I see is a replacement hubs for drums (I have a DX Coupe). My question, is there just a bearing I can change like in the front, or do I have to buy the whole hub assembly?

 

rears are a sealed bearing with hubs ---fronts are just sealed bearings too --but have to be pressed into the spindle--then the hub is pressed into the bearing

 

Great, so that 100.00 price tag for each hub is un-avoidable?
