When you're looking at the rims, and you see the price (such as $599 or $699) Does that already include the tires? Or so you have to buy wheels and tires separate from them, and they come mounted and balanced?

Just read the little question mark above the price and it tells you what all is included in the price

jhsplaya08would you just use the lugnuts that are already on the car then or do you suggest going and buying some new ones when you get it?

If you buy a package, most everything you need should be included.

I was also wondering how tall the tires would be it says 40% but how many mili-meters would that be?

just be careful with them thats all im saying. you probably arent going to be able to use your stock lugnuts because they are the closed type (meaning you put something around them to take them off)....with my new rims i have to use the ones that have a key you put in the middle. if you dont take them on and off alot then you should be ok but i was in the process of lowering it and had some noises and had to take each tire on and off atleast 15 times. so.....i dunno do what you want but i just went to autozone and got some new ones for $40

So would a 205/40/17 fit on a 2000 si and not rub?

yea...mine is lowered about 2" or so and i rub every now and then. but stock height or lowered a little, u wont have any problems.
