I'm from Philadelphia, so not deally helping, but I purchased a set of rims and tires through discount tire direct, free shipping, mounted nad balanced....to tell you the truth I STILL haven' checked the pressure in them even though I drove on them since november...so I know they do a good job.

found a guy with a nice set of 17s w/ tires for $400 (used)

 

I would suggest www.tirerack.com or www.discounttiredirect.com as reputable mail order businesses.

 

I bought my 17's from IE Tire/Fastlane in Latrobe, PA. I found this company on Ebay but they do really good business and the shipping wasn't too bad. With shipping, the falken torque-5 17's wrapped in Ziex 512's, everything balanced, and the locking lugnuts with the key i payed 715. The number is 724-539-8705 and ask for Chris, he hooked me up.
