LCAs? Really? No if you have a fully built suspension you might look into these but not until everything else is done. How much are you trying to drop? An inch or inch and a half and you don't need a camber kit. More than that and you might look into getting one.

If you have spring compressors. Or you are near an autozone where you can rent them its not too difficult. I did it my first time when I was 16 with little automotive experience. If you are good with hand tools you should be able to get it done. Air tools are very helpful though.

If the drop is under 1.5" you don't need a camber kit. LCAs are a waste of money...just a shiny item that's nice to look at from the rear and attract cops. You can do it yourself, just take your time. It is possible to change the springs on a civic without a spring compressor, but I'd not recommend doing it if you don't know what you're doing. Autozone lends them for basically free (you need to leave a deposit).

You will want a camber kit... both front and rear is desirable, but front usually gets omitted because of the higher price. I think Skunk2 front camber kit is something along the lines of $200. Haven't checked in a while.
