I highly recommend the Exedy stage 1. its a full-faced carbon-kevlar. I have it in my car and its basically perfect. its stiffer than stock, but still pretty easy to drive. a six-puck gets annoying in normal driving, and you dont need one that aggressive. also, Exedy doesnt make a six puck for hondas. it goes from the full faced stage 1 to a three puck. trust me, go with the stage 1. youll hate commuting with a six puck. Ive been there, and my car was faster with the stock clutch before I put in the sixer. it engages too aggressively and causes wheelspin, basically in every gear.

I just bought and installed an exedy stage 2 three puck clutch. I have between 285 and 300 whp. It does a good job of grabbing, and is not a whole lot stiffer than stock. I was worried when i bought it that it was going to be a bi**h to drive but it not bad at all. It said it had 72% more torque capability over stock. I like mine really well so far.

I would suggest the ACT xtreme organic clutch and pressure plate. I just put one in my car that makes 380 to the wheels and its not that bad. Its good for up to 311 lb tq. It grabs real good but it also is still good for daily driving. The only bad part is that the clutch and pressure plate are expensive.
