98 gsr swap into 90 civic dx swap HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a 1990 honda civic dx hb, and just got my 98 gsr motor back from the shop and now i need help on what tranny i should use (which i want to keep my cable clutch)and how i go about connecting the engine harness.... also what axles should i use!!!!!!!
