Default auto tranny problem??

My 2000 civic ex, about a week ago, starting jerking/ slipping at about 45mph and higher. I took it to the shop and it wasn't throwing a tranny code but the d4 light was flashing iradically. It did through a code for an o2 sensor and knock sensor. I got the clutch replaced, with new solenoids and all kinds of stuff. If shifts alot smoother and all but it still does that skip thing with the irradic flashing. the rpm's also fluctuate about 2-300 rpms. anyideas?s would the throttle knock sensor or o2 sesnor cause it to act up this bad? or is is electrical? thanks

Did you try tranny fluid? My grampa's gmc truck was doing the same thing. Slipping and staying in gear and jerking and all that stuff. We put tranny fluid in, and its good again.
