Car stalling and I don't know what it is
 

So I just bought a honda civic 2003 with 60k miles on it. When I first bought the car, i didnt notice any problems...
The problem is that when im in first or second gear, the car tends to stall when I'm not on the gas pedal. Its like as if someone is hitting the brakes really hard every few seconds or so...so you can imagine how annoying it is. It feels like when I just cruise in first or second gear, without accelerating, the car makes really fasts jerks...and like I was mentioning before as if the brakes are being pressed every few seconds. Now Im not sure how serious htis problem is or if its a problem at all. But if anyone has any idea what this could be...I'd really appreciate any input. I have 30 days to get my full refund so Im trying to determine if its worth keeping it.

possible clutch issue.. either going out or didn't resurface the flywheel when replacing the clutch.
