i have a 1996 hx (i put it up for sale in the classifieds). I was wondering if anyone can advise if the transmission in this civic hx can be swapped with a manual one (specific to the hx model).

i've seen this done in a 94 lx civic before, and was wondering if it is possible. any advice would be appreciated!

yes the tranny can be swaped, if ur gonna swap to an auto make sure to get the cvt tranny and hx auto ecu
