gearbox swap from a D16a/9 zc to a d15b2
will a d15b2 (civic)gearbox fit onto a d16a9 zc engine (crx) because of a engine swap i need the other gearbox as the mountings are very different also the d15 has a hydraulic clutch and the other has cable will i need the flywheel and clutch too from the d15?
What car are you trying to put all of this in?
If the chassis is not 92-00 you can't do it, you will need to find a cable transmission for anything 91 or older.
Match the flywheel and clutch to the transmission you're bolting to the engine.

basically im putting a d16a9 zc (crx si 89+)into my 94 civic saloon(EG8) 1.5 lsi (d15b2) which has a hydraulic clutch. the engine mounts are nearly the same apart from the gearbox mount which i why i want to know if thed15 gearbox will bolt to the d16 engine
No, you can't do it. The tranny will bolt to the engine, but they will not bolt into the engine bay. You also cannot convert a cable trans to a hydro trans for the Dseries.
You'll need to find a hydro trans for your engine.
