Hey guys...recently my 2nd gear just went out...everything i try to put into 2nd all it does is girnd? wat do i do?? any suggestions would be great...thanks

its prolly ur syncro....all the other gears are fine?....itll prolly be cheaper to get a new tranny

What would be a good tranny to get?? any others besides the stock ones?? where to get one and how much?

iono about the aftermarket tranny prices and companies...but i had the same problem...i lost my 4th gear though. just ended up getting a whole tranny. $$$$...i hate car problems...ugh...haha

go with a good used 1 or u could just use 1-3-4-5--till u lose them too[&:]

when that happened to me on the stock motor, I picked up a used EX tranny in trade for an AEM cam gear. they go pretty cheap if you look around a bit.

How many miles? on it. Does it come with the full assembly or just the tranny?

120k with no problems as far as I know, the only reason I'm not going to use it is because I had an extra one with only 33000 miles on it. What do you mean by full assembly?
