Default Help tranny problems!!!!

hey guys im pretty new here and just got a 95 honda civic ex with a b18b1 swap it has headers, intake, exhaust, ecu, and coilovers. the car drives decent but the shifter feels very loose and when i shift i have alot of difficulty getting it into gear sometimes, the clutch also has to be pressed all the way flat on the floor to disengage and if i let up the slightest bit it engages, the shifter also bounces alot when i let off the gas or give it gas. What could be causing any of these problems? id like to hear anything you guys think it could be. and its not the driver because i have driven plenty of other manual cars and none were like this could it be the shift linkage? or the syncs?

it sounds as if you're a mount short, as far as your peddle problems, have you checked the fluid level? both in the tranny and the hydro clutch?

You could try bleeding the clutch slave cylinder
