Does any one know how to remove the shift link on da civic 95. im talkin abt the one that comes from the tranny to the shift lever. cause i noticed a leak at the point where the shift link is attached to the tranny. ( there s also a boot at da same location)
My questions are:
I wonder if theres a seal thats worn out
How do i change it if there's one?

yes there is a seal there to get the shift rod off you need to punch out the pin that holds it on. there might ce a c shaped clip around it pop it off and you will see the pin. tap it out and it will come off. then you can see the seal behind the boot
