Default Rough downshift automatic transmission

Hi I'm new, I checked the FAQ and searched for answers but found none. My problem is that when I am decelerating on a downslope, my transmission jerks. It's comparable to abruptly stepping on the brake pedal and letting go. My car is Honda certified. I am wondering if I should take it to the dealer or just ignore it as nothing serious.

I thought it is normal for a Civic to throw you through the windscreen every time it changes gear.

I don't think an auto transmission should be doing that. I could be wrong though, but if I were you I'd get it checked out anyways just to be safe rather than blowing your transmission and having to buy a new one or repair yours which is a bi*** when it comes to automatics and expensive.

My 1999 civic does that also. From what I understand that the way Honda's automatics downshift. I have a 2004 pilot that does the same thing when it downshifts.
