Just got my short shift adapt. today and installed it. I don't think that it's strong enough to drag with but it isn't bad. I think that it could mount to the Stock shifter more securly. It hooks on the stock post where the cable hooks and has a set screw that pushes against the back of the shifter. I even had to drill out the hole for the set screw because it wasn't threaded all the way through. It very easy to install and does shorten the shift distance. Takes a little while to get used to it. It is made by DC Sports. Overall, for mild to moderate driving, I would give it 1 3/4 thumbs up.
