Default Slipping Transmission

Hey everyone,
I have a 07 civic ex, I bought this car in Nov 2010 and since then I have been to Honda about 5-6 different times bc my transmission will rpm's will rev up when I press the accelerator, but the car won't move. The service repersentative always comes back with the same excuse of " we can't duplicate the problem, therefore we don't know what to fix". Understandable, but I dont believe they are even taking the time to look under the hood, they are only test driving the car. I still have a powertrain warrenty, so maybe they are giving excuses until my warranty is out. I'm not even sure where to begin to ask them to look at this part or another part. I just changed my trans fluid, and it seems like the problem has accelerated since. I've read reports saying this happens a lot with the 01 models and mostly in 3rd gear. mine is usually when I'm leaving a stop sign or red light, and I don't punch the gas when I take off either.
I also hear a loud clunking noise when changing from reverse to drive...what could cause that?
Can anybody please help me!! Please tell me what I need to tell them to look at when I take it to the shop again!!!
