Hey im switching from an auto to a manual and they said i needed auto to manual mounts. Just checking are these what i need? http://hasport.com/catalog/product_i...roducts_id=115 I dont know much about transmissions but he also said something about shift linkage. Where can i get those?

thats the exact mount you need. as far as shift linkages just get a set of 5spd linkages for you car. if your swapping and staying sohc, use sohc linkages. dohc trannies require dohc linkages.
