i have seemed to have good luck with the excedy clutch plates. i had a stage 1 clutch set in my ls swapped crx and hated the grabbiness and chatter when cold. currently im running a stage one disc with a comp clutch plate and have yet to experience slippage or grabbiness. i have also tried the clutchmasters systems and have had luck with them. but remember if not properly broken in your clutch can prematurly fail, slip and just plain not work properly.

ummm...how exactly do you break into a clutch?
ummm...how exactly do you break into a clutch?
explanation from act-
T: Why is clutch break-in so important?
S: We recommend 200 to 300 miles of mellow usage for our street discs. The purpose of breaking in a clutch is to engage the disc in a controlled, consistent manner to ensure the disc, pressure plate and flywheel all make full surface contact. It's also a chance for the friction material to experience normal heat cycles

i hardly ever have any chatter with my Exedy stage 1. but i also installed a new flywheel, an dif you dont get the flywheeel resurfaced, then it will chatter REALLY bad. i had that problem on the b16 when i had to do an emergency clutch change with a spare 6 puck i had lying around.

What all do you have just laying around? and are you ever gonna put any of it in your car?
