is it even worth trying to convert an automatic to a 5 speed?

my 96 civic is on the virge of being turbo charged, with an automatic tranny, and i was just curious, would swapping a 5 spd tranny even be worth it? i'm thinking not really. considering the price and what not. but oh well. let me know what you think...and does anyone know a price range? i know it wouldn't be cheap.

its worth it if youre not dead set on having an auto. and its really not too expensive. you can get most of the parts from a junkyard, maybe 2-300 if you are a savvy shopper.
