Got a 1993 civic with a d15 its got no fuel and no Spark. Main relay clicks once but not again. Check engine light stays on. I've checked the pins for power I have 12v consistent and 12v keyed. New main and distributor all the fuses are good and have good power

 

Check the ground wires screwed to the thermostat box. The only other thing I can think of is a burnt out ECU. Though of course there could be many more errors in a car like this, as well as ground and harness problems, you'd have to play around a bit.

 

I have checked all grounds and cleaned them all. I was leaning towards ecu but wanted to ask first. I have been reading and doing all the checks I find and everything tests good
