Default 7th Gen civic OEM strut assembly part numbers

Hi everyone,

Tried searching to no avail. I know I'm asking about an old car, but here it goes. I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX Special Edition Sedan. Canada built. Auto. Without ABS. I'm looking for the OEM strut assembly for front and rear. I found fronts after doing some digging on multiple OEM part sites, but I'm having a hard time with the rears. I see Japan built version of the parts for right only, but no left. Left is discontinued. I want to stick with OEM as my car has 216,200 miles and it made it this far on the OEM struts and springs, so I'd rather stick with OEM, unless the MFG kit can be provided that is the exact same as OEM, I'd be interested in that, especially if at a significant cost savings.

I have two questions. Can someone supply the MFG who makes the OEM and if a strut/spring and all associated parts are available as a kit for each side?

What is the risk of an older revision of the same part number?

For example, Left Rear assembly OEM part kit is: 52620-S5D-A65, but I found 52620-S5D-A13. What is the difference from A13 to A65 and is it worth to skip or does it not matter?

I only found this for right: 52610-S5A-C12, but it's the Japan version and not sure if it will work.

I do have a spring compression tool, but was really trying to avoid ordering the strut and associated parts and rebuilding. I'd just rather remove and replace. I did the struts and compressed the springs on my ex wife's BMW a few years ago and said never again.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks in advance.
