Header, Intake, & Exhaust - making my car sound awesome! but need some imput

i want to make my civic sound awesome. i got an intake,and have obx headers on the way.what kind of exhaust would sound the best? i want it to be loud.

just run a straight pipe from front to back.....:eek:

haha, thats too loud. If noise is what you want then go with at least 2.25" piping all the way back. The header will make a HUGE difference.

I got a dual tip obx muffler and its really really loud. Too loud for me so i took it off and selling it rite now.

no offense, but i dont think "awesome" and "loud" go together very often

How much do OBX mufflers usually go for cause I saw some on ebay for only $50 usd. What size is the stock civic piping (98 civic lx) because I want to buy a mufller but just the muffler for now.

yea are you looking for LOUD RICEY or deep throaty sound?...gready evo is a very popular choice for that deep "awsome" sound...for loud ricey id take the cat out and get some cheap muffler..
