intake manifold in california

will i be able to pass smog with a skunk 2 intake manifold?

did it come with an E.O. sticker? if they dont notice it you might. the older ones looked pretty stock. if it came with an E.O sticker, it is totally legal, and shouldnt actually affect emmissions enough to make it not pass.
