how could he be a scammer if he said local pickups welcome? why not just pay him when you pick up whatever you are buying? i mean i can understand about the lost job and xmas money but that could happpen.

 

mybe he said that line, just to fool us, cause seriously, the amount of local pick up's aren't gonna be alot, probaly none in reality
