Inside and Out - replacement ideas

In my '98, the stock CD player sits at the bottom of my console. I wana take it out, but not leave a gaping hole there. I heard you can get a panel or something like that to go in its place. Does anyone know any sites where I could find this?

im confused..this guy here http://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_136454/tm.htm wants to leave his stock headunit in at the top of the center console and put another unit at the bottom and you want to remove your stock unit thats at the bottom..so cant you just get the stock part out of another 98 that dosent have the stock c.d player there?
