Default any ideas on how long will it take to change the timing belt?

I have a 91 civic with a 15b motor 1.5L. Anyone who has done it before, any problems that they ran into?? Was it straight forward?

you'd hate to start and not finish within the 3 hours.

The biggest problem that I have ever run into is removing the bolt on the harmonic balancer. The safest way is with air, but even with air it can be a job.
