any ideas on how long will it take to change the timing belt?

I've been told that the water pump should be changed at the same time. Murphys law states something to the effect that 200 Mi after you put it all together someting else will go wrong.

i opened up the damn thing...and are there ever enough screws?? they seem to put them in the weridest places...anyway it took a while and i got the cap off and i saw the belt i had was in really good to excelent condition....and since it was cold outside i decided against changing it, but i did see my alternator belt really worn off so i only changed that.
I think 3 hrs would be the average for this job, whoever did it in 1 and a half hours must be doing this often.

still change it when you get a chance. they can look good but still be cracking inside. ive seen broken ones that the rest of the belt looked great.
