It doesn't look like the usual "chips" they sell on ebay, but cost is kinda low...I'm su****ious and really confused.

first off, what kind of motor do you have? if you have a d16 i dont think it is a good idea to buy a chip that will raise your redline to 9100. i dont think your engine can handle constantly reving that high. and all it is doing is dumping in more fuel so you'll probably be running a little more rich than normal.

Yea, my is a D16. I'm just exploring the possibilities :-D I'm not going to do anything until spring, so I've got plenty of research time...gotta know everything and buy everything at once...

the only way id recomend a chip if your car is just a race car only. if you want more power go with something electronic that you can control.

In regards to the Mugen and Jun chips you can buy them cheap and probably end up getting screwed soon afterwards. King Motorsports ( www.kingmotorsports.com ) is the only authorized Mugen dealer here in the states, so yeah those things are probaly fake as hell. As far as programmable ECU's go, go with Hondata, an AEM EMS (engine management system), or try Skunk2. Good rule, there are a lot of Fake JDM distributors on Ebay, watch out.
