intake exhaust system

hey i have a 00 civic ex mt, i am looking at gettin the v2 intake, and a full exhaust system. im lookin for exhaust that will give me the most gain while staying somewhat quite. im not looking for your average ricer whine, the deeper the better. any suggestions?

Any full exhaust will sound nice (just dont get the $20 Ebay muffler)

As for alot of HP from it... its more of a balancer than a HP getter. You might get about 3-4 but it will help with your power curve ALOT
