Engine & Internal - camshaft compatibility question

will a crower or any camshaft for a d16y8 work in a d16y7 head? just wondering because i may want to replace the cam but i don't feel like doing a mini-me swap as well if i don't have to do it.

no it will not

you will have to take a stock Y7 cam and have it regrinded
