Transmission & Differential - tq. converter shot

hey guys my transmission is continously getting worse..it feels like my tq. converter is slipping like crazy..when it sits at idle i can hear it whinign...kinda sounds like a s/c..lol...well anyways does anyone know what one costs?..or since i have most of the stuff u guys think i should just switch it to manual?..or maybe there is somethnig i can do to make it work like it is..?

yea thats what i was thinking..im just gunna hope it holds out till hondabboy puts in his 5 spd so i can get his 4 speed off of him and then put it in...i need to get a flywheel, clutch, and axels in the mean time...i havnt done any pricing but what do axels run these days?
