General Civic Talk - Bands

Does anyone know what the X band and the K band. I know the Ka band is the radar itself. If any one knows that would be great.

x band is almost always not a cop...the manuel on my friends radar says its usually a store alarm or something like that...also the lexus laser guided cruise control registers as x band when there behind you and locked on
