Default sun light paint fade

As you all may know I painted my car not to long ago.Well the guy who painted it didn't do such a good job.So I wet sanded alot of the orange peel and I am thinking of doing a light black spray with the 2 stage clear the idea is to have sort of a blue black light fade over the car.My question is do you think I should do it in another color like blue black green or just black and blue? Some may think I am wasting time a $ but I already have cars lined up when i move up north that want body work and paint just from seeing my work and seeing me do different stuff to my civic.

It sounds like your trying to cover up the mistake. Sand it all off and go get it painted again or it will just keep poping up.

There is six coats of blue and it has like dots or imperfections in the paint called orange peel you wet sand them down then buff themout. It gives the paint a clear glass look.
