bout to order an exhaust and i was wondering
if the apexi worldsport 2 exhaust made for the dx coupe
fit on my 4 door?

and ill have to buy a cat or test pipe to slap in between my headers and exhaust right?

 

what was the exact application it saidit would fit? If it said it will fit a 96-00 EX, you will be good (as long as you get a cat).

And yes, you got that perfectly as far as the header/cat goes. The DX has the cat right up in the exhaust manifold, so if you want to keep a cat with a header, you'll have to bolt one on right after it.
