ECU Tuning & Fuel Management - 96 civic error code

Hi, I just purchased the AutoTap software for my PC to diagnose the check engine light that showed up in my 96 civic DX hatchback 4 cyl manual transmission. The following showed up in the software DTC check:

H P1336 CKP system variation not learned

What does this mean and what should I expect if I bring it to a mechanic or a honda dealer?
