i have a 91 honda civic si, hb with a 1.5 dpfi motor. i recently had to replace the crankshaft pulley due to it being badly worn. i used a diffrent style pulley with the new one and left the power steering pump disconected but now dosent want to start. it ran good when parked to to replace the pulley and has only been parked for 1 day. i checked the ecu and its throwing an error code of 16 which i understand to be the injectors, but it will fire and run if i dump fuel right down the t.b. any idias?? need help badly i think it might be the timing but wouldent think that removing the pulley would change the timing but dont know what else it might be..

 

Check the main relay.
