I found this write up, but it doesn't really go into detail that well. What kind of hinges are those if anyone knows? I'm looking to do this tomorrow, but not sure of what supplies I need as it doesn't say in the DIY.

Also, anyone know of any other flip-trunk DIYs?

Those are just generic hinges. If you are worried about getting the wrong stuff, people sell a nice aluminum bracket that works nice. Just so you know, this isn't a "easy" task. It takes patients and a lot of putsing.
