swapping tires 185/60/14 and 185/70/14

Have two civics. Thinking to swap the tires. Difference is in height is 18.5mm. Do you think front wheels will turn fully for Si with 185/70/14? I guess it will mess up the speedometer reading - which I can live with. can there be any other safety issues? Both tires have 4 lugnuts.

Ok to answer your questions, your spedo will be off by max 2mph. You won't have a problem its a pretty slight change. You shouldn't be worried.
