Default Best Coilovers?

What are the best coilovers I can get for a decent price? I want to lower my car, but I wanna do it right, with good performance stuff that gives a smooth ride(not crappy no name brands). Any suggestions?

go with ground control coil overs, but the shocks along with the spring rate will make more of a difference than the coil over, I would go with eibach springs, and koni yellows if you can afford them, but kyb gr2, work well and are cheap.

How about the Skunk2 Pro S full coilovers? I found them on ebay for about 700. Are they decent?

I'm looking for a smooth ride thats not ruff and choppy/bumpy, but I want tight corners. If anyone could post links to direct me to full coilovers that will give me what I'm looking for, it would be greatly appreciated.
