Default Turbo manifolds

Alright so I was searching throught search on this and didn't find what I was looking for so I'll ask it.
There are three designs to turbo manifolds that I've seen, the "log" as I'll call it the cast iron ones, the "header" style kind, and the "ramhorn" style kind.
My question is, which gets you the most gain?

there are actually more then just those 3.

the style you decide to go with depends on your power goals but for the most part turbo manifolds with equal length runners (usually ramhorns) will give you the most gain, same as top mount manifolds

Logs are the cheapest, but they flow the worst. There are mini rams that flow slightly better, then ramhorns, and then topmounts which flow the best but are the most expensive. Then there are a lot of others in between. Usually the best bet is an equal length manifold of some sort. If youre goin for a stock motor boost, a log is fine
