Product: Chikara 4-2-1 two-piece header
Distributor: Summit Racing (http://www.summitracing.com/)
Vehicle: 1994 Honda Civic ex
Cost: $155.95 (+ handling, free shipping)
Installation: installation went as smoothly as possible with rusted/seized bolts from a 12-year old (at the time) car. Jacks, Jack stands, hand tools, and a can of PB Blaster were all that was needed.
Installation Time: About 3 hours, but that was only due to bolt problems; had the bolts not been seized on the stock manifold, I'd put installation at 45 min to an hour.
Review: I absolutely love the header; affordable, from a reputable company, and the quality seemed top-notch. It came with everything needed (you re-use the stock o2 sensor), including wires to extend the o2 sensor wires, and all gaskets. The fitment was perfect, and there were no unforeseen problems with the install. The only problem I had with the header was that the black paint burnt off after about an hour, but that's only an aesthetic thing. Overall, I'd give the product a five-star rating.
