Header, Intake, & Exhaust - Z6 Exhaust Manifold on a B7

Anybody know if a Z6 Exhaust Mani will net any kind of gains on a stock B7?? I'm currently running a stock exhaust, and i'm only shooting for a total HP of like....115 or so overall.

Someone told me that a Z6 manifold will increase air flow, and increase low end torque...therefore maybe add a lil more power

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

it's true.

not much power, but it's enough to make it worth it, considering you can pick up a D16Z6 intake manifold cheap.

yeah, i'll prolly pick one up this week
