Honestly, you should buy none of that.
That header is garbage. It is likely that it won't fit or it will crack. Even if neither of those happen, the gains will be extremely minimal due to its poor design, caused by the cheap nature of the product. When you buy name brand, you aren't only paying for the name, you are paying for research and development, and all of the tests they do on their headers to make sure they are just right.
Test pipes are illegal. They make your exhaust tone raspy. They make your exhaust have an overwhelming fuel smell. They don't do anything to protect the environment like catalytic converters do. Since they don't have a catalyst, your exhaust will spew tons of deadly carbon monoxide gas. You only gain 1 WHP (probably less on your engine since this was tested on a B16) over a high flow cat by using a test pipe. It's not worth that 1HP to have all of those other problems.
The exhaust might not fit very well but chances are that it will fit fine. As you know, the muffler will be loud. The above user's suggestion to use the silencer and leave the muffler as-is is horrible. The silencer will quiet it down, but not enough to get rid of that annoying highway-cruising drone that overpowers the sound of your stereo. The exhaust tone will also be raspier. Lastly but not really important, silencers look stupid, and those mufflers look stupid.
Since I have shot down your ideas, I will provide you with better relatively inexpensive alternatives:
Megan Racing 4-2-1 Header
Cheap, but still reliable.

Catalytic Converter
Magnaflow makes a great direct-fit high flow cat. Costs only ~$100. Great deal.

If that's too expensive, you can have a universal one welded on.

And then if that's too expensive, you just need to leave the stock cat on.
Exhaust
I would buy the cat-back you were going to, but buy it separately (as in separate from the header and stuff). Make sure to replace the muffler, like you mentioned. Or, get a muffler and resonator, and go to the exhaust shop to get custom cat-back piping made and the muffler and resonator welded on.
