you have to loosen the tensioner pulley the bolt that is in the center of it and the tension screw.. and to get the belt off take your wheel off for easy access on the a/c mount unbolt the big center nut.. and then the 2 bolts that go into the frame. and pull off the rubber mount and the take off belt and the reverse to put new one on.

The tension screw is a long bolt that goes up from the back of the idler pulley to another part of the frame. Using a 1/4 inch drive 10mm socket and a long extension, reach down and turn the bolt counterclockwise to slacken the belt. This is after loosening (do not remove) the 14mm nut in the center of the idler pulley.
On the mount you should be able to just remove the two bolts that go up into the frame, then if necessary pry open a gap between the mount and frame, and slip the belt through the gap. This mount does not support the weight of the engine, so it won't drop much if at all when taking the bolts out.
