ECU Pinouts, VTEC wiring, & ECU VTEC Conversion Information
ECU Pinouts
OBD-I (1992-1995)

OBD-IIa (1996-1998)

OBD-IIb (1999-onward)

All Taken From
VERY detailed ECU pinout chart for all OBD versions
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wiring VTEC
OBD-0 (Pre-1992)

OBD-I (1992-1995)
(D6 and A4 also apply to any D series VTEC engine that you will be using an OBD1 ECU with)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ECU VTEC Conversion
If you have an OBD-I P05 or P06 ECU, you can convert the ECU to be essentially a P28, thus giving your ECU the ability to use VTEC.
This is useful when swapping a VTEC engine into your non-VTEC car and you don't want to buy a new ECU.
If you are not good at soldering, I do not recommend doing this. Soldering on an ECU is more intricate than soldering wires together or soldering on a simple circuit board. If you do it yourself, you will need a good soldering iron, preferably one with temperature adjustment. Also recommended is a solder sucker.
If you do not want to do it yourself, contact Phearable.net or another tuning company to arrange them to do it for you.
Parts List:

ECU Chipping Kit
