Accessory belt? Alternator belt?
Hi guys I need some help. I don't have my helms manual so i can't look it up there so i decided to get some help from you guys.
So after i got in an accident which damaged my drivers side fender and hood and bumper (front left corner basically) I pulled out the radiator support and basically made it look alright.
The only thing that is bothering my engine wise is this pulley/belt that is a little bent. it makes a rattling noise which pisses the hell outta me. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what this part is called. I got a picture of it here.
has anyone tried replacing this pulley? Or should i just straighten it out... i'll take a picture of MINE tomorrow or monday.

That is the pulley on the power steering pump. It can be removed by removing the shaft nut. If the shaft is bent not just the pulley, you will need a new pump. Or some people just remove it entirely and run without power steering.
